It can be a little stiff to turn the handle but this indicates there is no air or waste left in the cylinder

Yes, it is not the same quality as the LEM and comparable stuffers. However, if you make sure the pin is in that locks the cylinder down and lightly oil the rubber plunger and cylinder walls, it works great. The stuffer works effortlessly and does not require much force to run. Easily do 10lb batches with no issues.
You get what you pay for. Take care of it. If the hand crank is hard to run, make sure the pin is in and the plunger has a touch of oil on it. If you’re still concerned, get longer bolts, and laminate a piece of plywood underneath to strengthen it.

Useless product, broke on fist application, there is a bracket that is welded on to the main body that locks it while making sausages, it snapped on first attempt to make sausages, would not recommend this product to anyone, further more return is so complicated because in my case it was sold by Amazon EU store

I had been making sausage through a tube attachment on my grinder. This process was slow and unpleasant especially for larger sausages like bratwurst. I had been looking a dedicated sausage maker for some time, but times being what they are money is tight. After looking and reading reviews this one seemed big enough to meet my needs, was affordable, and had decent reviews so I got it. My first impression was that the build quality was very good the chamber was heavy gauged stainless steel, all of the gears and crank are solidly built, and the machine works smoothly. I then processed 20 or so pounds of bratwurst with natural casings through it and I was extremely impressed with how well this machine worked. The machine continued to make sausage and push at an even rate until there was just under 1/8 of a pound of meat left in the device including the tube (weighed it after clean out {then cooked it uncased]) so I am satisfied with the efficiency. Due to learning curve there are a few gotchas however. If you go to fast it will build up sufficient pressure to leak sausage out behind the plunger, but that issue can be resolved by moderating your speed (it is still cranking out sausage very quickly without over turning). Also it would have been nice to have a brush or squeegee included for cleaning out the tubes when you are done. I am very satisfied with the device over all and look forward to trying some of the included sausage recipes, using it through deer season, and having a good machine at a reasonable price for some years to come.

I read most the reviews, and after purchasing this stuffer and actually using it here are my thoughts. It’s a great product for the price! and I stress price, because there are other similar products out there for twice the price which are definitely superior. Nevertheless, this product does what it claims – stuff sausage.
However, their claim that you can do 6 lbs in one shot is incorrect. I made exactly 6 lbs of sausage and was only able to get only 4.5 lbs of ground meat into the cylinder. For me, not big deal because re-loading it is a breeze, but I call them on description honesty.
There are some reviews that claim an excessive amount of ground meat left over after the plunger has reached it’s maximum length. I found that I barley had enough left over to make a 1/4″ patty.
I also read reviews about the cylinder and other parts blowing out. I made an Italian Sausage and did not experience any issues. However, I can definitely see how a mix of ground meat which is hard and dry would cause a problem for this product. Lets all remember where it’s made, and that price cost is their primary concern and not necessarily durability or nquality. But, for soft pliable sausage meats you should not experience any issues.
In the end, if you are making regular sausages from pliable ground meat this is a great buy!

EZ to use, EZ to clean, but it’s a two hand process. One turns the press the other controls how full the casing gets and the casing off feed. It does leave about 1 large hamburger Patty’s worth of meat in the tube and press.
