Both of these are great at scraping off crumbs and remnants from cutting boards, butcher blocks, countertops and griddles. They both have a flat bottom side for scraping flat surfaces and a rounded top surface for cleaning bowls or folding in ingredients. They seem to be made of the same material. They are just flexible enough for their intended use. Every kitchen should have some of these. There are some differences.
The Chef Craft aka Ram-Pro has more a more gentle curve at the top and rounder curves at all corners. The rounder corners can help scraping stuff burnt onto the bottom perimeter of sauce pans and dutch ovens. The edges are more tapered but the effect is more esthetic than functional. These are more expensive than the Winco, about three fifty per scraper with a two pack.
The Winco is available in 12-packs at about a buck and a quarter per scraper. Both types eventually wear out when used for things like scraping down BBQ elements. They store easily. The more squared off corners might help scraping off the bottom perimeter of pans with sharp bottom corners, and put more concentrated force on softer corners. Unlike metal scrapers they won’t harm the finish.

This does nicely for scraping the bowl when I am baking bread

I use these scrapers to remove paper cuttings from my Cricut mats. They work perfectly, removing every single scrap from my mats. Well worth it.

These scrapers are flexible but sturdy and are great for cleaning up pie pastry scraps and dough.

I wish I had bought a more sturdy Scrapers. It works ok.

They’re a little bit on the thin side. This means they work well for gathering up chopped vegetables from the cutting board and scraping dough out of a bowl. For cutting dough though, they’re a little two lightweight. They are very handy items to have in the kitchen for what they do.

Before I say anything else, these are great.
These are a hard-ish plastic. If you’re imagining these to be like a big silicone spatula, they aren’t. However, that’s not a bad thing.
These are still flexible enough to scrape bowls, depending on the size and shape of the bowl, but I honestly don’t use them for that. I use them to cut dough and scrape my work surface when I’m making pasta so I use all of the flour and egg and keep the surface cleaner so it’s easier to clean up afterward. For that, these are invaluable. The curved side cuts dough well, and the flat side scrapes like a razor blade.
I’m sure they have many other potential uses as well.
They are also easy to clean, especially since they have no holes on them.
Highly recommended.
