Long time bread maker user…old one finally packed it in so I was on the hunt for a new one. Got a quiet dual paddle one that ended up being a lab experiment to get passable bread that didn’t look like a ski jump. I finally returned it and ordered this one…what a difference!!!! Great doughs and bread every time. Bread slides out of the pan so easy and cleans like a dream. My paddle had a slight imperfection. Sent a picture to the service and they sent me a link to get a new one and refunded the cost. Thank you ..great service is rare today.

I was a little skeptical because I had never heard of this brand, but it works just as well as the name brands. I tried some of the recipes included, but I prefer my own. When we make the 2 lb. loaf, we cut it in half horizontally, then cut the slices, which produces a traditional sandwich slice of bread. The stirring paddle gets stuck every time I use it, but I have decided to wash around it and I leave it in there unless it looks gunky. I used it on a double batch of cornbread and it baked fine, but the stirring paddle broke apart the bottom as we removed it from the pan. My only problem is getting my family to NOT eat the whole loaf of bread in one today. Lol!

Best customer service bar none!
Machine is so easy to use. I weigh the flour and haven’t had an ugly 😉 loaf yet!
I’ve made sweet bread, white, whole wheat and making sourdough as I write this. Going to make dough tomorrow and make Cinnamon Buns.
Great Bread Machine. Fits my small kitchen well, has rubber feet and doesn’t move around when kneading. Browns beautifully and just falls out when taking it out of the ceramic coated pan. Barely having to wipe it clean.
After registering warranty with the company they sent a PDF cookbook of 1000 pgs and increased the warranty by another year. That’s how confident they are in their product.
I purchased the black stainless steal “beautiful”!
Thank you to Bryan in Customer Service.
Very Happy with this product.

The appearance was marred by places on the black finish that were marked with blemishes a couple of places on each side, but not on the back. Disappointing. But does not affect performance. The bread so far (2loaves) has been very good. The advertisement stressed the ceramic pan to stop sticking but it does’t seem to let the bread mix as easily as the aluminum pan I had before, and the mixer paddle has stuck in the bread maker after each loaf so far and it was difficult getting it out to clean under it. Both loaves were very nice and tasty and looked nice.

This is my first bread maker. I love it so much. Easy to use. I don’t think you can put in the dishwasher it but it’s so easy to rinse out. I used recipes off the internet and they always come out great. I use the raw dough setting to make cinnamon roll dough and beaver tail dough, bread roll dough. It rises beautiful and then I bake in my own oven. So much better than when I used to make by hand. Light and fluffy! I have nothing to compare it with but I have no regrets in buying it.

The KBS bread machine makes a beautiful looking loaf, also light, tasty, and just the right amount of crust. It is way ahead of the more expensive Breville which makes a misshapen loaf. I’ve had about 7 different brands of bread machines in the past and KBS is the best yet.
It doesn’t seem to matter whether I use the included recipes or one off the internet,
the bread still turns out great.
The paddle, thus far, stays in the pan and not in the bread when you remove it. The ceramic pan allows the bread to slide out easily.
The browning is perfect on all sides except the bottom.
The fruit and but dispenser can be removed to wash it.
It is quiet, does not dance around on the counter, and looks nice with its steel exterior.
The only thing it lacks is an interior light. Some models have one, but not this one.
I highly recommend it.

– Nice overall look on a counter
– Almost 0 interaction needed from start to end 🍞
– You can lift the lid to peak without shutting it off
– Recipe I used was AMAZING … (thanks Cuisinart & my Mommy!) ❤️
2tbsp butter, 1 cup w/wheat and 2 cups white, 0.5cup cold water put in first, 0.5 cup warm (35C-ish water with 2tsp yeast, 1tsp sugar/honey mixed first, poured in top before hitting start)
🤮- Their recipes are terrible so the whole system needs digital tuning
– Smelled bad for 3-4 loavews
– Loaf size of all bread makers is weird…this one included
✂️🧵🧷WHAT SHOULD THEY FIX?
* Reprogram settings
* Make pan 2-5 cm wider to allow easier to cut bread size
* Have an overflow sensor so if/when anything drips over something can happen
* Window size a bit small
* Rubber feet at the base aren’t that great (device moves slightly)
* Add a setting for “limited kneading”, maybe with a SMART sensor to reduce time

I feel like I should start this review off by saying that I am an amateur bread maker, at best. I get the gist of making bread, but, I could probably count on one hand the amount of times I have actually made bread.
With that being said, this is the easiest machine to use. The start up instructions were extremely simple, the equipment was easy to detach and wash, and, just as an added bonus, the bread/dough falls right out of the bread container.
The very first recipe I made was a recipe I found on a different website. Literally all I had to do was pour in ingredients, push two buttons, and wait three hours. The bread came out crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
I would highly recommend this machine to anyone, experienced or amateur.

I didn’t want to rush out and write a review without first fully testing this unit. I can say, without being wrong, that all the breads of this unit come out perfect. There are many aspects to highlight about this bread maker.
Making bread here is the easiest thing in the world. You just have to make sure that the proportion of ingredients is correct and that the yeast is active. Outside of that, the only recommendation is to mix the ingredients outside and then put them mixed inside. This is just a recommendation.
The smell of bread is great and it can hardly be heard when it is in the different stages of preparation. Cleaning is super simple. I recommend buying this model, I will do it again.

EDIT – I’ve had this machine over 1 month, made at least 2 dozen loaves of bread, and I LOVE IT. I no longer buy bread because my family is only eating the stuff I bake now. The only reason I deducted a star was because you can’t bake a 2 lb loaf in it, although you can mix a 2 lb loaf in it easily.
I bought this bread machine to replace my 7 year old Sunbeam that walked off the counter and broke while kneading dough. I’ve been making bread 1-2 times a week for those 7 years, and much more frequently during the pandemic lockdown, so I was in a hurry to replace it. I’m still pretty much on self-imposed lockdown.
On the whole, I’m happy with this machine. I usually only used my Sunbeam to make dough, and baked my bread in the oven, because I didn’t like the loaf shape. I expected to do the same with this machine, but I’ve been surprised to find myself following right through to bake most of the time. I’ve had it about a week and have made 5 batches of bread. I’m still learning this machine and will update as I learn more.
Pros:
– It has a beautiful, heavy-weight and stable, black stainless steel body.
– The 730 hp motor is powerful enough to mix and knead heavy doughs. I used the 11-Raw Dough setting to mix sourdough with 5 cups of flour, which I think is closer to a 2.5 lb loaf. I used 17-Ferment to let it rise, then put it in the refrigerator overnight to increase its sour flavor & baked in the oven as usual. (I’m not sure what 12-Leaven dough does). EDIT: 12-Leaven mixes & leavens the dough, just like you’re used to.
– It is much quieter and MUCH more stable than my old machine. It doesn’t shake or vibrate at all. I suspect that’s because of the stronger motor.
– The 2 heating coils make a beautifully browned, evenly cooked loaf. My go-to bread is white-whole wheat, with oatmeal and cooked grain in it. I tried it using both the 1-Soft White and 8-Multigrain settings, and both worked fine. Not surprisingly, I guess, the 8-Multigrain setting works marginally better.
– The bread slides right out of the pan.
– The paddle doesn’t stay in the bread or rip a big hole like it did in my Sunbeam. I did have a hard time getting it out of the pan the first time I baked, but I spray a little cooking spry on the stem before putting the paddle on, and haven’t had a problem since. (Pro-tip: If your spouse does the dishes, make sure they scrub the stem thoroughly to get off ALL baked-on bread crumbs).
– Update- I used the fruit/nut dispenser to dispense 1/2 cup dried cranberries, and it worked fine. [I haven’t used the fruit and nut dispenser but will update shortly, after using.]
– The delay time works fine
Edit to add:
– The last rise time starts ~1 hour 50 minutes before the end of the cycle for most of the bread types, so if you want to remove the blade, that’s the time to do it.
– To make and rise dough only, use 12-Leaven Dough (11-Raw Dough only mixes the dough, does not go through rising cycles)
Cons:
– The pan will NOT hold a 2 lb loaf for baking. a 1.5 lb loaf fills it nicely when baked. That’s why I took off 1 star.
– This isn’t really a con, as it’s the case for all bread machines of which I’m aware, but the loaf shape is not like any bread you would buy at the store, or bake in your oven. Slices are too big to fit into the toaster, and my son complains that 2 slices make a too-big sandwich, but 1 slice makes a too-small sandwich. So far I’ve been cutting the loaf in half lengthwise, then slicing it crosswise. Maybe the next loaf I make I’ll go to the trouble of taking the dough out and putting it in a pan to bake in the oven. We’ll see.
– As others have noted, the user manual is not especially helpful. This may be a better machine for someone who is a longtime bread machine user.
– Edit to add: I tried making blackberry preserves, but it didn’t get hot enough to set the preserves. I may have tried to use too many berries, however.
