I love this bread machine. It’s so easy to use, even for a senior citizen with arthritis, like me. You add the recipe ingredients in the specified order, select the pre-programmed setting, size & crust color, push the start button and the bread machine does the rest!
I have had good luck with making gluten free toasting bread, French bread & sourdough bread. There is even a program to make the sourdough starter in the bread machine!! Clean up is easy.
The customer service is absolutely top notch. They promptly reply to emails, and when I had trouble, they direct shipped me a new unit. Go for it, and Happy baking bread!

THIS MAKES GREAT BREAD AS ADVERTISED BUT….. Even when ingredients are balanced in the bowl this machine rocks quite violently and walks/rocks itself right off the counter. Once the dough is mixed it is great. This happened twice it still works–just has a few dents nd a small chip now.

Though notorious for not following directions I’ve made nothing but great loaves every time. Given the cost of local bakery bought bread the machine has about half paid for itself in the fist month. But not only is it an excellent machine, the customer service is outstanding. You can go to their site and find a lot more recipes and Not Only That, they will modify your own recipes to work with their machine. Best product I’ve purchased in some time.
UPDATE: If you have any issues their support is also excellent. Further, I asked them to modify a recipe substituting honey for sugar and got an update in less than 24 hrs. with the new recipe. You just can’t beat these folks. – Another update: Baking a loaf the machine stopped. The display went blank but the dough had been completely kneaded and had risen. I took it out and baked in the oven and it was great. I contacted customer service and they wanted to send me a new machine right away. I asked them to wait because I wanted to try it again. I did and it worked fine. Next loaf I feared I had left out 1/2 cup of flower so added another 1/2 cup as it was beginning the kneading. After a bit it was clearly way too dry so then I added milk – which was not even in the recipe. After a bit it looked too wet so I added more flour!. I was sure I had finally managed to wreck a loaf after doing nothing according to instructions all this time adding way more ingredients, more salt and yeast than the recipes called for. The loaf rose so high it pressed against the top and I opened the machine it looked like a chef’s hat with the top billowing out over the bread pan. Finally, I had ruined a loaf. Only I hadn’t. I got it out of the pan and it was great! I’m beginning to think you can’t make a bad loaf with this machine and if anyone can. I’m him. I know it sounds like I work for this company but I have my own online business and we too are known for the quality of our product and our customer service. So great to find this in another company.

I had a brand name stand mixer that cost me five times the money than this bread machine. However, it didn’t have nearly enough power to mix any bread dough at all. The motor always heats up during each use, and it sounded like it was going to break apart. So I got rid of it when I had the chance. I thought, oh well…since I already have a handheld mixer that does the cake tasks, why don’t I try a bread machine for the bread dough? (duh…) Honestly, after I got this bread machine, I wonder why in the world have I not done this sooner?
This machine is made of decent materials, has so many functions but is really easy to use. I can bake a loaf of bread with just one touch, and I can also use it to mix the dough of my own recipe. I can even make yogurt or have my sourdough starter ready for use. Furthermore, KitchenArm has a free recipe customization service through which their recipe development team can adjust my own recipe to a preset menu of the machine. The best of all, I was so amazed by their customer service that went absolutely above and beyond!
So if you are looking for a bread machine, you have have have to try KitchenArm! It may not be as fancy as other famous brand name ones, but it is definitely the most worthy of all!

I absolutely LOVE this breadmaker.. customer service BTW is the best I have ever seen and this day/age finding even remotely ‘good’ customer service is like a needle in a haystack… I have made 3 different loaves so far and it’s so easy to use easy to clean they call came out sooooo good.. no more seed oils yay!! And the house smells so good during the baking process.. most loaves take about 3 hours, I love it though.. you can’t beat it for the price either!

OK, with the price of decent bread hitting $5+ a loaf, I decided to give this a try. I’ve never baked bread before – back in the distant past I made some pan muffins from a package in my oven, with mostly edible results, but in general, baking isn’t my thing. I have lots of experience with beer making, which I’m told is “liquid bread”, so I understand the basics.
I read the instructions for the equipment and set out to make an experimental 1.5lb “white bread” loaf. Followed the instructions carefully (yes, I weighed the all-purpose flour rather than go with packed cups), added a tad more yeast than called for since I kept it in the fridge, used honey instead of sugar, standard iodized salt, and vegetable oil instead of olive oil (alas I’m out of, I discovered) and added a tsp of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) to inhibit molding if I keep the bread for more than a couple days.
It works! And very tasty bread too. Highly unlikely my first loaf will last a couple days.
Next up, a two pound loaf (probably tomorrow).
I make about 10 different varieties of good beer (my own variations on basic recipes), and I’m looking forward to experimenting with different breads also. Cool thing is I get to see the results in 3-4 hours instead of 2-3 weeks!
I chose this machine after reading lots of specs and user comments – the warranty and after-sale service was the selling point to me. The product it produced is what prompted me to give is 5 stars. Anything less than that is likely going to be a result of my own experimenting.
Follow the instructions and tips carefully and you’ll have to work hard to mess it up.. (I confess I had to look up what “pound the loaf” meant – it points out when you can do that if you want, but I had no idea what that meant). Like I said, I’m a novice.. now a happy one with this machine, hoping to become “expert”.

Most people don’t know about these machines and that you can literally make unlimited bread for dirt cheap, it does everything for you besides measure the ingredients. It mixes, knead, allows rise time, and bakes the bread for you. It also has 28 other functions besides basic white bread and over 78 recipes included for all kinds of bread, yogurt, cheese, and even jelly/jam. If you don’t have a bread maker you are missing out. It took me 5-7 hours making bread completely by hand. This take 3.5 hours for 2 lbs of bread. You can even adjust the crispness and color of the crust. This is a perfect product/appliance to have in anyone’s home.

This is my first bread machine. I have made 15 or so loads with it so far. Only 1 failure which was my mistake I added the wrong kind of yeast. The support is amazing too. They get back to you fast and they offer free recipe customization. This is also fast. It’s easy to clean! So glad I chose this machine!

I didn’t get my bread maker yet and will be here today, 11/04 and I want to make my first comment and say before I even got my bread maker, Tony at Kitchenarm already made contact and provided excellent tips and support. This is what you call going above and beyond.
I’ll update when I make my first loaf of yummy bread and can’t wait to get started!
Thank you
Susan

I’m a BIG user of InstaPot and this surely fills the bill for a bread maker. There are so many menu entries with one of them being Home Made, which lets you enter the number and times of knead, rest, rise and bake. Totally awesome. For instance, before the first use you are supposed to run empty for 10 minutes. They just happen to have a Bake entry and you set 10 minutes.
They suggest measuring water and flour by weight to remove the compression of scooping the flour. It works. This is the first time I have followed a product recipe exactly and it was spot on. It was also the brownest of any bread maker bread. Almost like Mom used to make in the Oven.
They say they have 2 of extra paddle, measuring cup and measuring spoon. Actually there were THREE except for the paddle, which only had TWO. Who ever wears out a paddle?
