Bought this for work as I like to make fresh rice for my team and it does the job perfectly.
Also own a much more expensive zojirushi and long as you know what you’re doing there’s basically no noticeable difference in quality of cooked rice other than the Warm setting on this will brown some of the bottom if you don’t fluff it occasionally.
Little cooking for a quick meal is prep your rice as normal and after the water level is set drain and add a can of precooked pinto beans right in there (add some tumeric, cumin, onion powder and garlic salt if you have it).
Easiest rice and beans ever.

So, I used this for the first time last night. Best rice I’ve ever made. Now, some dark areas on bottom, yes, but the texture was amazing. Upon removing it from the very well packaged and secure box, with plenty of Styrofoam to protect the product, everything seemed great. There was a little spot from metal rubbing metal, came off easily with magic eraser, no problem. BUT, when I went to make my first batch, THE LID DIDN’T FIT! At all. Unable to use. And I REALLY wanted to use it. I had to actually bend the metal bowl in order to get the glass lid to secure. Now it fits perfectly, as it is supposed to. Unfortunate that such a basic measurement wasn’t checked in quality control. But, for such an amazing price, I don’t think we can complain very much.

En esta vida moderna que nos tiene de cabeza de un lado a otro, lo que necesitamos son productos cómo está arrocera, es genial!! La amo, nos ha sacado de apuros pues el arroz queda muy bien cocido en poco tiempo y sin quemarse mientras puedes preparar otros platillos, de fácil manipulación y limpieza, nada ruidosa excelente tamaño para una familia promedio, la recomiendo al 100% hasta ahora en un mes de uso todo bien, solo recomiendo llevar a cabo todo el proceso inicial de uso por primera vez como se indica e incluso, no consumir lo primero que se prepare después de un primer uso, pues queda el sabor raro pero luego de eso genial, puedes preparar arroz de diferentes maneras e incluso leí que hasta preparar verduras al vapor (aún no lo he probado m, pero no dudo que no lo haga. Gracias!!

I can’t throw any shade on this product, while not the best it’s not the worst either. It cooks the rice nicely even though it seems cheaply made.
