In todays inflation era, preserving food so that it doesn’t go to waste is a great idea. It is easy to use and easy to clean.

We have had a dehydrator for years. It was a small round one. It still works but its a stackable one and you are limited to what you could put in it because of the height. This thing works so…. much better. Tons of room. You can dehydrate so much more stuff and it does it so much faster. Also you have the option to remove some of the trays and dehydrate larger items. We have a fig tree and had to cut the figs in half to fit them in our old machine. Also the shelves are a mesh so they are perfect for dehydrating herbs. I slice yams and make dog treats for my dog for a healthy snack. So many options for use.

this dehydrator is so awesome! it’s easy to use, easy to move, and easy to clean! the best thing i think is that it’s also quiet! i’ve had two other brands and this wins hands down. i’ve dehydrated several things and it was so easy. one great thing is that when doing hot peppers and onions on separate occasions there was not a lot of “odor” that was filling up the house and gagging us all. it also is the best for making jerky. i’m glad i bought it.

Love this dehydrator! We already own another 10 shelf dehydrator from Cabelas that works nicely but requires much more tending than the Corsori. Found the Corsori dehydrates quicker and much more evenly. Wish we had gotten the Corsori years ago.

I really like that it goes up to 165° because I dry a lot of meat. I also really like the timer and automatic shut off. With previous dehydrators I had a tendency to overdry food because I forgot about it or let it go overnight. The tray it comes with is ok. Their own trays don’t fit perfectly. I bought silicone sheets and cut to fit so they’re the right size. I’m quite happy with it.

After lots of research, my husband and I decided to go with this model for dehydrating.
So far we’ve done beef jerky, onions, tomatoes and cayenne peppers.
It is much quieter than I was expecting, but you can definitely hear that it’s running.
Love how big it is and how much space we have for food inside.
Matches all of our stainless appliances very well.
Easy to clean the trays, love the digital temp and time controls. So easy to use.
The recipes in the book are good but as always, recommend too little time. Patience is key and when in doubt, add more time and go off texture as opposed to time.

I dry a lot of stuff. Since I live so far from grocery stores, I keep jars full of dried veg in my pantry for the long winter. This machine is much quieter than the round machines we have, holds a ton more, and dries things perfectly! The only thing I will complain about, I ordered liners at the same time I ordered the machine and made sure to order the proper size, the liners I ordered extra were much smaller than the once that came with the machine. But, with 10 shelves I had no issues with fitting everything! At one time I dried 5 lbs of carrots, 3 heads of celery, 5 lbs of onions, and even had space left over. I was also able to dehydrate 5 meals as a time for camping trips. This machine is large, make sure you have clear space to use it and store it! It took a bit of juggling to find a place for it, but well worth it!

It comes with an excellent list of recipes that all look delicious (only tried a couple so far). It is well built, the trays are all stainless steel, and it has a timer — things that the cheaper models do not have. It’s also attractive, which means I don’t mind having it on my countertop, which I would if I had one of the budget models that are out there.
I have one gripe and it’s minor: when it’s not in use, the display shows –:– rather than either the time or going blank. I’d personally that it went blank.
Highly recommend.

I’ve had this until for about a week and it’s been going non stop. This brand came highly recommended from my dehydrating group so decided to give it a try as it was in my price budget and it’s quiet. The only thing I don’t care for is the plastic tray with a lip I have silicone mats that I purchased separately years ago that work better. Worth the money so far I’m very happy with it

1. Amazon Warehouse does it again . . . underpromsises, and overdelivers. So far, every purchase from them has been outstanding, including this one.
2. Cosori dehydrator has been everything that all the other good reviews have had to say about it. I, too, wish that the silicone liners were larger and that they had included more fruit roll up trays, but if that’s what they need to do to get it to market for a reasonable price, so be it. I’ve tried it.
3. It’s quiet, it’s easy, and it’s attractive and small enough to sit on my counter. If I have to move it, it’s manageable for me. Overall, a completely pleasurable and satisfying experience.
Thank you, Amazon. Thank you, Cosori. 💗
