These are perfect to line my dehydrator to stop smaller foods falling through whilst still allowing enough air to pass through.
My dehydrator is actually round but these were very easy to cut to size. I just drew around the trays then cut with scissors
They are fairly easy to clean and seem like they would last a long time.

Even with these still have to be careful when making fruit leather as it can still come through the mesh.
Also never leave your fruit leather to cool on it! Or it may not come off till you warm it up a little.

I purchased these to keep fruits and veggies from sticking when drying. They work exactly as described. I cut them to fit and they have been perfect. They keep my racks from mixing flavors and everything has been easily released after dehydraring.

Nothing to dislike about these! When done dehydrating I just throw them with racks in hot soapy water and soak. Do not have to wash or scrub! After soaking for a while I just rinse.
